The nice lady in the bin company has informed me that it's really common for bins to be burned out and it happens all over town. I relaxed over this, maybe I don't live in a ghetto after all and I can scrap my plans to rob a bank to fund my country mansion with the 12ft barbed wire fence.
Then she went on to tell me it's bored kids who burn the bins....... I'm thinking of baby J who is only 10 months old but I saw him eying up the candles on his grannys birthday cake last month. Must go buy educational toys and classical music to prevent him being a future arsonist / vandal / bored child.
